Exposure to Dragon Energy allow her and Bloom to communicate mentally and share control of their body.
Overexposure allows Bloom to take full control of their body and potentially wreak havoc or embarrass Seraphina in public.

3 Days after Xeno'jiiva's defeat, after a hunter in the vicinity heard sounds of distress they could not identify.
Given Reason For Close Contact With Monster(s):
Raising a Pukei-Pukei egg from birth. She felt guilty for slaying the monster's mother on a hunt. The Guild forbids most monster species from being brought to Astera, especially young monsters.
As a result, she chose to acquire a book on Pukei-Pukei development, and go AWOL for several weeks while she raise the creature.
Initial Emotions:
Extreme distress. Disbelief of change of self, as well as guilt for ruining Bloom's life. Bloom was apparently happy, with few signs of stress, and has acclimated to his new life quickly.
